About

We understand the challenges schools face to support teachers and students around areas of inclusion and diversity in a meaningful way.

Diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and life experiences can make addressing these areas feel overwhelming.

We’re here to help.

The IDEA in Schools team is made up of highly skilled educational professionals trained in student inclusion, diversity, learning, and well-being. We offer comprehensive support to schools to promote inclusive and caring learning communities for all children.

We firmly believe that in order for students to engage in areas of IDEA in the most meaningful and impactful way, teachers should have access professional development that provides support and opportunity for collaboration.

Our curriculum helps teachers address topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion through structured lessons with collaborative, project-based outcomes.
